Earnings dates
Two channels, one curated schedule — every date traceable to its source.
Two sources, one schedule
Company investor-relations announcements are the source of truth: when a company officially announces its reporting date, that announcement wins. Yahoo Finance's earnings calendar adds breadth — early projected dates for names that haven't confirmed yet, and wider coverage across tracked companies.
The two feeds are merged daily into a schedule we own. Conflicts resolve toward the IR announcement; Yahoo-only dates stay in as projections.
Source stamps on every date
Each earnings date in the pipeline carries its source and an as-of stamp — for example IR announcement 2026-08-03 or Yahoo Finance 2026-10-04 (initial projection). Open any event page and the sourcing is right there on the card, so you can judge freshness instead of trusting a bare date.
BMO / AMC timing
When a company states its call slot, we use it: BMO (before market open) or AMC (after close). Where no call time is published, we fall back to the standard conventions — 09:00 ET for BMO names, 16:30 ET for AMC — and the event page says which convention was applied.
The (est.) label
Projected dates that the company hasn't confirmed carry an (est.) pill and keep it until the IR announcement lands. Expectations: a company typically confirms 3–6 weeks ahead; until then, treat an (est.) date as a planning window, not a promise.
